Troubleshooting
Try these quick checks before contacting support. Most setup and firmness concerns can be resolved in a few minutes.
New material can stretch slightly during the first few uses, which may feel like air loss. Add a small amount of air to restore your preferred firmness. If the mattress becomes noticeably flat in a short time, continue with the leak checks below.
Confirm the plug is fully seated, test the wall outlet with another device, and make sure the pump control is moved firmly into the correct operating position. If the outlet works but the pump remains unresponsive, contact VINITIN support.
First make sure all air-control components are fully closed after inflation. Listen closely around the pump area, edges, and seams. If you suspect a puncture, use a small amount of mild soapy water on the suspected area and look for growing bubbles. Dry the area thoroughly afterward.
Use the deflation setting on the built-in pump and keep the mattress spread out while the air is removed. Once mostly flat, gently guide remaining air toward the pump end before folding.
Firmness is adjustable. Add air in short bursts for a firmer feel, or release a small amount for a softer feel. Avoid over-inflating beyond a comfortable, supportive level.
