Yes. New mattress material can relax and stretch slightly during initial use. This can reduce firmness without necessarily indicating a leak. Reinflate to your preferred firmness and monitor it.
Inflate until the sleeping surface feels supportive and comfortable. A very hard, over-inflated mattress is not necessary. You can fine-tune firmness with small amounts of air.
Disconnect power first. Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not soak the mattress or pump area. Allow it to dry completely before folding and storing.
